1 Week In And I Have Lost Weight With Proactol!!

Well I nearly fell off the scales this morning. Not because I had put on weight, infact I had lost weight. Only 2 pounds but to me that is a miracle as my previous post stated I really have not had the heathiest of weeks, what with visitors and going out. So was really expecting to have put on weight or at best stayed the same.
So I have to say I am really feeling a whole lot more confident today that I will lose the weight I want too and more importantly that Proactol actually does work.
I am now going to try and build on this weeks success and as I am having a much quieter week I am able to hopefully continue to lose more weight. I am now on a mission to eat a bit more healthier this week and not drink so much alcohol!!!! If I can lose 2 pounds after last week then I wonder what next week will bring.
I really need to do some exercise also. Mind you after having vistors staying here and me not cleaning while they were here. Means that the cleaning and ironing that I now have to do should give me all the exercise I need!!!
The big test I know this week, will be over the weekend as it is always a time I relax more and have a drink, but I am determined not to go crazy and just have a few. I’ll be back on Monday to let you know how I got on.

Taking Proactol Including Whether There Are Any Side Effects

Right Back To My Proactol Diary. A busy week of visitors and late nights has meant a gap in my diary. So here goes. I realise that I probably have picked the worse week to start taking Proactol, after all It doesn’t take much to realise that to give myself the best chance to lose weight then I need to be eating healthy and exercising.
So why take Proactol now?
Basically, I wanted to see what would happen if I had a slightly more unhealthy week. At the end of it would I be even heavier that before? Hence I started my Proactol journey anyway. It will be a week tomorrow since I started taking Proactol, so I will let you know whether my weight has stayed the same of whether I have lost or put on weight during my first week of taking Proactol.
Taking Proactol
I must admit to expecting the Proactol pills to resemble torpedos. So was pleasantly surprised when they weren’t. They are roughly 1.5cms in length. You take the pills after each meal and depending on what you eat depends on whether you have more than the 2-3 pills normally taken. For example I had a curry the other night so I had an extra pill to help absorb that extra fat. Also whether you are looking to lose, maintain or prevent future weight gain depends on how many you take. All the information on taking Proactol is clearly explained on the leaflet that accompanies the supplements and if you are not sure you can always ask their 24/7 customer support.
The only question I have is how much liquids I should be drinking when taking Proactol. Many weight loss supplements that I have taken require you drinking a lot of fluids. I cannot see anywhere that this is the case for Proactol. I am going to ask and find out. I shall let you know the outcome.
So far so good I can honestly say that I haven’t felt or had any side effects. Which I am most impressed about.

This may sound daft, but I got caught out today. Went out for something to eat and forgot to take my Proactol Pills with me. So my tip is take some with you when you go out. If you eat then you are able to take your proactol pills without having to go home. If you are worried about people finding out then you really don’t need to worry, they are small enough that you can take them without anyone seeing you doing it.

The Proactol Members Area

I went into Proactols Members area today to take a look at what support they have to offer. Here goes this is what to expect from the members area once you have ordered your Proactol.
You are easily able to download recipes such as Seasoned Baked Cod, Angel Cake and Tandoori Chicken to name just a few. Don’t be put off by some of the pictures, they are pretty plain and do not show what the recipe will look like, room for improvement there. However, the recipes are varied and really easy to follow, Mango Salsa Pizza is my favourite.
You are also able to submit your Proactol story. The good thing about this apart from you getting to speak about your experiences is that you could win prizes which is an added bonus.
There are aerobic exercise workouts for you to follow. Beginners,Intermediate and Advanced. We will look into these in more details later in my diary. You will need to add your own music and also turn your screen saver off while you are doing these! My big tip is watch them first, get to know some of the steps and the level you need to start at. Stick with these they seem a bit slow to start with but soon get going into a really comprehensive routine. I wonder at what point in time did we all start to feel the need to shave. whether you are a man who wants a smoother look or a female who generally wants to get rid of any unsightly hair.
Whatever happened it has now become a huge business. With every type of hair removal product available, from the razor to hair removal products. For some hair removal goes with the job for example a cyclist or swimmer, who will shave to give them extra speed.
