Did I Put On Weight After Taking Proactol?

Whether you are taking a weight loss supplement such as Proactol, on another diet to try and lose weight or simply exercising like a maniac to get to your perfect look. Then one of the thoughts in your head will undoubtedly be, “I feel great now, but how long after I finish my diet will I have put the weight I lost back on?”

When I look around it is such a common sight to see. Both men and women losing loads of weight only to put it back on again. So the diet circle goes on as you inevitably end up back on some other diet to lose the weight you have put back on.

So back to me, as you know I took Proactol for a couple of months to lose a stone in weight. Which may not sound a lot, but for me a stone overweight was. A couple of weeks ago I reached my target weight, so decided to stop taking Proactol for a while. At least until Christmas anyway, as I openly admit that during that period I will require a little help to not put on weight.

How have I done?

Well its good news, but my weight has remained fairly steady. In fact over the past two weeks I have lost another 2 pounds in weight. Yes, on a couple of days I have put on the odd pound but my weight has over the two weeks balanced itself out and left me on top of the 1 stone I lost another 2 pounds lighter.

How have I kept the weight off?

Whilst taking Proactol to help me get the initial weight off. I realised that in order to keep the weight off I would have to make some changes. So I eat a bit more healthier, plan what I am eating and also do a bit of exercising now. All this has helped me to keep the weight off.

For me Proactol was a tool to lose weight and one I would use again. As I have said I know Christmas will be a time when I shall use it again. Why not? It is not harmful to me, doesn’t cost the earth to take and means I am not going to be worried about getting on the scales in the New Year!

    Two Months Of Taking Proactol And I’ve Reached My Target Weight

    This could be the shortest post ever as the title says it all. However I will expand on it just a little. At the very beginning, the back end of august to be precise I started to take Proactol and was looking to lose around a stone in weight. Well I have done it and in around 2 months, which I don’t think is too bad at all, nice steady weight loss meaning with a bit of luck I will not pile it all back on again.

    Don’t worry because My Proactol Diary won’t end here. I will let you know how I get on in the coming months whether I put any weight back on and if so how much. Also whether I lose any further weight. I have a feeling that with Christmas coming up then I will take Proactol again. I am determined this christmas not to put weight back on and if Proactol helps me not to do this then I will not hesitate in ordering another few boxes of Proactol.

    So how am I feeling? In all honesty pretty damm good. Confidence is getting back to what it was and clothes that I want to wear I can!

    My own experience of taking the weight loss supplement Proactol has been a good one. I have lost weight, suffered no side effects and am feeling the best I have in a long while.

    One more question to answer for you before I sign off today. Have I stopped taking Proactol? Not yet I haven’t because I would like to lose a couple more pounds, but what I am doing is cutting the amount down that I take. I don’t want to be reliant on them for ever, that was and is something I have no intention of ever happening. I have reached my target weight loss so its time for me to reduce them down.

      Losing Weight When You Go On Holiday???

      Yep, I am back and ready to update you on My Proactol weight loss story. Now just over a week ago I let you know that I was off on my holidays. Just a week but none-the-less a week where Proactol would well and truly be put to the test.

      I really didn’t expect to eat as much rubbish as I did. I am normally one for at least making some sort of effort to eat some healthy food at least some of the time. Oh no, this last week was a week full of junk food and I mean full on meal after meal of rubbish. Chinese, Indian, Burger King, Pizza, McDonalds to name just a few. Not surprise really that by the end of it all I craved for was a salad!

      Last week not only left me feeling pretty yucky, but I also had the horrible sinking feeling that I had put on weight. All those weeks of being good and exercising had gone down the pan. Or so I thought……

      This morning I got on the scales prepared for the fact that my weight had gone up. Only to find I had lost 1lb (Now I know 1lb is not a lot but what I had eaten in the past week 1lb was a minor miracle). Gob smacked to say the least and hugely relieved.

      At the beginning I have to say I was sceptical about weight loss pills but taking Proactol really has proved me wrong. This week should be a much quieter week so I am looking forward to a good weight loss week.

        Going Away On Holiday And Keeping The Weight Off

        Now it’s going to go a bit quiet over the next week. This is because I am off on my holidays, call it a pre-christmas treat. Well why not we all deserve a break and after losing weight I feel the need for a well deserved treat.

        I am looking forward to it. For one because after losing weight I feel confident and not worrying about what I will look and feel like or what other people are thinking will be a refreshing change. Another reason is because I am curious to see what I weigh when I get back, as we all know holidays are a time when it is fair to say most of the time we come back a little heavier.

        I have my Proactol pills ready and packed making sure I have enough for the time I am away. Realistically as I will be doing very little exercise apart from lifting a glass I would like to come back weighing at least the same. It would be fab if I lost weight, so it will be interesting to see.

        When I get back I shall jump on those scales and let you know how I get on.

          Losing Weight And Getting Your Confidence Back!

          Yes my posts have tailed off a bit these last few weeks. The reason? I am going out and enjoying myself , meeting up with old friends. This has 100% to do with my new found confidence, because I have lost weight and am wearing the clothes I want to again!

          My reasons for taking Proactol was originally to see if they did what they said on the tin. Yes, I needed to lose a bit of weight but I never really gave much thought to how I would feel if/when I did lose the weight. I had forgotten how nice it was to enjoy wearing clothes and get complemented on how well I looked.

          As each day goes by and I lose more weight and it stays off, my confidence is soaring. It feels great and I am so glad I took the plunge and have been taking Proactol. My hunger cravings have definitely not been as bad as previous attempts at losing weight and also I haven’t felt myself getting obsessive about it either. For me taking Proactol has taken the pressure off me and actually meant I have enjoyed this weight loss and found it easy to stick too.

          Exercising has also become a part of my life once again. Not too excessive but enough to help me keep my new look once I stop taking Proactol. It is also a great way to get out and meet people.

          Weight loss now is 13lbs in total. So continuing on a nice steady and safe weight loss. Not far now and I will have reached my target!

            Half Way And Still Going Strong With My Weight Loss

            Apologies I meant to put this post up on Friday,but alas the back to school bug has hit and my child brought it home for me to have, so not felt too hot over the past few days!

            Anyway, I have reached over half way in terms of my weight loss target. so am very pleased with myself. Yes it has been pretty steady,but regularly each week I am losing weight and feeling pretty good about myself. Total weight loss is now up to 11 1/2lbs which I am over the moon about.

            The big test came over the weekend when the weather had got a bit colder so the jeans had to come out of the wardrobe. I was curious would they fit? After all it has been many months since I had to put them on and the last time I did have them on they where snug to say the least.

            So on they went and to my absolute delight they fitted like a glove. Not too snug and certainly much better than the last time I had put them on. I could have shouted it from the roof tops. Putting my jeans on are always a good bench mark for me as to how my weight is.

            While I remember,(alas I have the memory of a goldfish) some tips I picked up whilst taking Proactol. Make sure you take you tablet(s) within 30 minutes of eating. The idea is the tablets get to your food before your stomach digests it. Also make sure you do drink plenty of fluids and finally remember Proactol is a fat binding pill so if your meal is low in fat you don’t need to take so many tablets as they will have nothing to bind with!

              Weight Loss And Normal Day Life

              One thing I have found whilst taking Proactol is that how ever hard I try and plan what I am eating and even what I am drinking. Things don’t always go to plan. Take this weekend for instance. Nothing was planned so I set about thinking about what I should have to eat and drink and how many Proactol tablets I would need. So far so good.

              Then the weekend arrives and we get invited out to a match. Which was fantastic don’t get me wrong but it meant a few drinks and nibbles being available - not on the plan! Match finishes then we get invited to go for some food. Which again was lovely a really enjoyable and relaxing night - not on the plan though. Thankfully I had learnt from previous weeks and had a supply of Proactol in my bag so all was not lost.

              Mind you trying to take a diet pill discreetly when you are out is not easy. Don’t get me wrong I am not ashamed or bothered by what people think of my choice to take a weight loss supplement. I just can’t be bothered justifying it to people who have a negative opinion about it.

              So my tip this week whether you are taking Proactol or any other weight loss supplement is to put a small bottle of water in your bag when you are going out. So you are able to excuse yourself, head off to the nearest toilet and take your tablets after a meal without having to go into a discussion as to what you are doing.

              Not everyone is like me and is quite happy to say that they are taking a weight loss supplement and why not. As soon as I have got to the weight I am happy with I shall be shouting it from the roof tops how I did it, don’t you worry!

              Nearly forgot weight loss for over the weekend was just over 1/2lb, which considering what I ate at that meal is fine with me. I am enjoying the fact that I can eat on some occassions a bit more and as long as I slightly increase my Proactol intake then I know that I won’t put on any weight, meaning I can carry on getting to that all important weight loss target.

              Right a few mornings of some exercise this week and I’ll catch up with you friday!

                2 More Pounds Lost, That’s 10lbs In Total So Far

                It’s Friday which is usually enough in itself to put a smile on my face. Today I have an even bigger grin on my face. This is because at the beginning of the week I really wanted to get my weight loss up to 10lbs. Well I have another 2 lbs lost on top of the 1 lb I had lost at the beginning of the week.

                So over the past 4 weeks I have lost 10lbs in weight, which is a nice steady amount to lose. Hopefully meaning that when I stop taking Proactol the weight will not pile back on.

                During this week I also contacted Proactol Customer Support. I started to think that I just wasn’t loosing enough weight, (I had a doubting moment if you like, silly I know when I have lost weight regularly). Anyway I emailed them and said I did not feel I was loosing the weight I wanted too. Much to my surprise came a very detailed email back along with them asking me questions such as, what had I been eating and how many proactol pills I had been taking.

                I answered the questions and waited for a reply. Which I didn’t have to wait long for. The reply was brilliant and I really mean that. It went through every meal I had told them about and told me how many pills I should be taking, which was really really useful. They also pointed out that Proactol is a fat binding pill, so if your meal is really low in fat or had not fat in it at all then you would hardly need to take any Proactol as there was no fat for it to bind.

                All in all a very positive week, quite a few people now have said they can see the difference in me especially round my waist, so confidence is growing. I am glad I had a bit of doubting this week as otherwise I would not have gone to proactol support for help.

                Right the weekend again, now you all know by now this is not my favourite part of the week. I am going in with the same attitude as last weekend and planning my meals and drinks. So fingers crossed it will be a good one!!!

                  I Can Tell You Have Lost Weight!!

                  “I can tell you have lost weight, you have got some of your shape back”, was the comment from my partner this weekend.

                  Needless to say this boosted my confidence 100% and made me glad that I had made the decision to take Proactol and more importantly stick with it.

                  Over the past few weeks I have lost 7lbs in total as was hoping to make this weekend a good one. As I have previously said, this is when I fall down as far as my diet is concerned. However, this weekend was to be a good one and I was going to stick to a healthier meal plan and drinking plan along with taking Proactol.

                  So how did I get on this weekend?

                  Not bad at all. I did have a drink, but not as much as I normally do and I even went down the gym for half an hour over the weekend. This morning I weighed myself and found much to my delight another 1 lb lost!!

                  This week I would love to go over 10lbs lost, so only 2 more pounds to go!!

                    Result: I Lost 4 Pounds In Weight This Week!

                    Over the moon this week as I have lost 4 pounds. So that’s now 7 pounds in total and I must admit to starting to notice the difference. After the first two weeks I was annoyed with myself as I knew I could do better. Yes I was loosing weight by just taking Proactol, but I knew I could lose even more if I applied a more healthier diet and less drinking!

                    So when I weighed myself this morning I was made up to see the results.

                    I have even got off my backside and been to the gym a couple of times this week so a big pat on the back for me. I am just pondering which exercise DVD I should get, for those rainy days when I really cannot be bothered to go to the gym.

                    Now for the difficult days, Friday and Saturday. As I have said before these are the days when I really struggle as the urge to drink and eat what I want becomes its strongest. So here is my plan to take one day at a time and write down a meal and drink plan for this weekend and to stick to it. I would really love to lose some weight over the weekend. My target is to get into doubles figures by the end of next week and go over 10 pounds of weight loss.

                    Still no side effects from taking Proactol and it has been over three weeks. So I think it is safe to say that I won’t get any now as I’m sure they would have shown up by now.

                    I’ll report in on Monday and let you know how I got on, and see if I have lost anymore weight while on my Proactol journey.
