Customer Support at Proactol

How good is Proactols Customer Service? Well I have to say they are very good. I had my query answered within the time they stated and was dealt with very professionally at all times.

Here is what happens when you make an enquiry.

If you have a query you send a question with your order reference to support@proactol.com. You will then receive a confirmation email which gives you a ticket reference and the average response time. For me it was 7 hours. If you are not happy with waiting for a response then you are able to call their 24 hours support telephone number which can be found on their website.

Just over six hours later I received an email to say my question had been answered and to click on the link to go through to see the answer. So this I did this. To log into your answer you will need your ticket reference and email address.

Once logged in your are able to see the answer to your question. If you feel that your question has not been answered completely or need more help then all you have to do is reply to the ticket.

My question was answered fully and to my satisfaction, and I have to say I was most impressed.

I felt it important to say how good Proactol Customer Support are as there is nothing worse when buying a product to find out the customer service support is a waste of time. You don’t need to worry with Proactol.
