Davina McCall - High Energy Five [2007]

This is the latest of Davina McCall’s exercise DVD. It is called High Energy Five and is based around burning off fat and losing weight. The DVD is split into five intensive sections each approximately 20 minutes long. It is recommended to do at least two sections back to back three times a week. You can also do the easier or more advanced options if you wish. The five sections are Warm Up, Aerobics, Legs, Pump, Abdominal, Boxing and Cool Down.

The great thing about this DVD is you can pick and choose which parts you want to do and therefore vary the exercises you are doing. Meaning you will not get bored doing the same exercises over and over again. The DVD is very easy to follow and to keep you going there is a very good music accompanying this DVD. Davina, herself puts a lot of energy into this DVD and at times she is clearly tired which just goes to show just how real this DVD is. A really worth while purchase and one sure to get you in shape.
