Here are a few tips for if you are eating out. Firstly cut your meal in half and take half home to eat another day. If you see the dreaded bread basket heading your way, ask them to take it away. Finally If you do have a car drive to the restaurant. It will mean that if you do have a drink It will only be one and therefore you will consume less calories.
