Exercising: I Don’t Have Time

We have all used the excuse that we do not have time to exercise. Yet it is really simple to fit in just half an hour of exercising into your day. If you are drive to work or maybe to school to drop the kids off or even take the car to the shops. Then park your car further away so you have to walk part of the way. If you can park 15 minutes away then there and back that’s 30 mins exercise. Just think of all those calories you are burning off.
