Whether you have successfully not gained weight over the christmas holidays or if you have piled on the pounds over the festive holidays then we want to hear from you.

Lets get together some great tips that we can all share. Meaning we don't have to start another diet (yet again) in the New Year!

Something I learnt the other day is the most common reason for weight gain over the holidays is no exercise, not over-eating. So this year I am starting early and plan to keep my exercise routine going over the holidays. It won't be as much as I do now, but I will do some exercise, to keep those extra pounds at bay!
