Sorry guys would forget my head if it was not screwed on!!! - I forgot to update this post - doh!

Contacted Proactol customer support and they have replied back to me to tell me that you should ideally drink 8 pints of water a day to flush away any bad toxins.

I also asked when after eating should you take Proactoll. They said after eating you need to have taken your Proactol within 30 minutes before the food you have eaten has started to digest.

Hope this helps!!!

As you will see in My Proactol Diary. I am now nearly a week into taking Proactol. My only query is, How much should I drink each day? Does it matter? Cant find this information on the leaflet that came with the Proactol.

Only asking because any other supplement I have come across you have to drink shed loads!!

I have contacted customer support, just a bit impatient and wondered if anyone knew
