How Can I Cover Up My Stretch Marks?

It’s a fact you have stretch marks. What are your choices when it comes to covering them up? There are a few options you could choose to take.
1. Leave them: carry on as normal and wear what you like. After all they are only stretch marks are they really going to stop you from wearing your favourite clothes? Some people really are not bothered that they have stretch marks and do carry on as if the stretch marks are not there. For the vast majority of us though we do need to do something about them or at least cover them up so no-one else can see them.Which leads us on to the next option
2. Wear clothes that cover up your stretch marks: It may mean a change of style and wardrobe, but if it means they are covered then surely its worth a try. For me personally this is just not the answer. Surely there must be a better way. I have no issue with buying a new lot of clothes but I want them to be what I would like and not to be bought just to cover up stretch marks
3. Cover stretch marks up with a fake tan: A possibility when it comes to covering stretch marks up? I have to say I’m sat on the fence with this one. In theory it sounds a good idea and one that wouldn’t be impossible to do, but then I put a bit more thought into the reality of this. Applying a fake tan would either mean me going to a salon to get it done at least once a week or applying it to my body myself, which lets face it could be very time consuming and i’m not convinced I could get the all over look I wanted.
4. Laser treatment: The most expensive out of all the options for the removal of stretch marks. The big plus side to this is that it will remove all your stretch marks completely, whereas products such as stretch mark cream will only ever help to fade them. The bad news is that it is not cheap, so in this current climate this type of treatment may not be a viable one.
5. For me the best way of covering up stretch marks is with a good quality stretch mark cream. There are many on the market today, be careful of products that claim to get rid of stretch marks as these are fake. A good cream will be able to prevent stretch marks from appearing and reduce the appearance of exisiting ones. My number 1 stretch mark cream has to be Revitol Stretch Mark Cream followed closely by Zenmed Stretta Stretch Mark Cream. Both of these products are easily affordable, effective products and a whole lot cheaper than a new wardrobe!
