How Can I Drink All That Water?

It is quite a common thing to be told,”you need to drink more water”. How many times have you heard or said yourself,”I don’t like drinking water”?

If you are taking a weight loss supplement then you can guarantee part of the instructions when taking them are to drink at least a couple of litres of water a day. Something that probably puts you off taking the weight loss supplement in the first place.

There are ways you can make water taste better and make it more drinkable.

1. Use a water filter, this will get rid of some of the unpleasant tastes.

2. Keep water in the fridge. Cold water is much better tasting than warm

3. Add lots of ice into the water with a slice of your favourite fruit for example, Lemon, Orange, Lime.

4. Fill a bottle of water 90% full and place it in your freezer overnight. Take it out the following morning and it will thaw out during the day supplying you with lovely cold water.

If you are really struggling drinking water, eat Watermelon as this is 92% water. It is delicious de-seeded, then blend it with some ice.
