Natalie Cassidy On Fad Diets

Purely by chance I flicked over to BBC3 last night to see Natalie Cassidy taking a look at fad diets. Being a veteran of fad diets she took a look and even tried some of them out. One of the most extreme ones she did was the maple syrup diet. Natalie did loose even more weight but the effect on her health just over the week she was on it was pretty severe. The cabbage soup diet was another, but she got fed up of this after a few days, can’t imagine why!
Natalies look at ‘fad diets’ revealed that they are exactly that a fad, a quick fix. A diet that in most cases will see you putting on weight in the long run.
