Here is how Natalie Cassidy has succeeded in her weight loss and more importantly kept the weight off. With a few of her diets tips you too can lose the weight you want:

1. Avoid eating carboyhdrates after 6pm.

2. Try not to drink calorific alcoholic drinks. An alternative is diet tonic water with lemon and ice, which looks and tastes like gin and tonic.

3. Have plenty of steamed vegetables such as broccoli and carrots.

4. Work out three times a week. If you can’t get to the gym,ride a bike or use a fitness DVD.

5. To avoid snacking, distract yourself with a hobby like reading or tapestry.

6. Give yourself a minumum & maximum weight. Natalie is between 8st 1lb and 8st 8lb. Giving yourself that leeway means you don’t panic if you put on a few pounds.
