Sangria Sunshine


Sangria a real summer favourite, especially when going on holiday in Spain. Don’t worry though You don’t have to wait to go away to drink this delicious drink, it really is easy to make. Although this recipe only add oranges into the drink don’t be afraid to experiment and add other fruits of your choice.
Sangria Sunshine
Prep: 10 minutes
Chill: minimum 2 hours
Makes: 12 servings

Ingredients

75cl Bottle red wine (preferably dry)
1 Cup orange juice
1/4 Cup brandy or cognac
1/4 Cup orange liqueur
2 tbsp Sugar
2 Sliced Medium Oranges
2 Cups Chilled Soda
Crushed Ice And Orange Peel Curls

Method

Into a large pitcher add the wine, orange juice, brandy or cognac, orange liquer, sugar and orange slices.

Chill for a minimum of 2 hours.

Add the club soda just before serving, along with the crushed ice and orange peel curls.
