Here Is How To Stick To Your Diet!
If you want to stick to your diet this year and reach your target weight, then these tips will help you. Easy to do yet very effective.
1. Start your New Year Diet by cutting out one small food item per day, rather than cutting out everything straight away. DOn’t look for quick fixes you won’t be able to keep it up. By slowly building up day by day you will become stronger and able to lose the weight you want.
2. Don’t use a tape measure to take your measurements. Instead use a piece of ribbon or string and at the end of a few weeks re-measure yourself and cut off the excess.
3. If you are feeling bored with the food you are eating, be adventurous alter the recipes to make them more interesting. Alternatively, choose one of your favourite recipes and make it more healthy. Don’t be afraid to try out healthier recipes that are not all dull.
4. With any diet the weekend is the time that is the hardest. When going out at the weekend with friends and family don’t make food the focal point try and find other things to do for example shopping or bowling. Alternatively eat before you go out and meet friends later after they have eaten.
5. If you can speak to friends and family about your diet, you don’t have to go it alone! If there is no-one you can or want to talk to then join a weight loss club.
Remember you Will get to your ideal weight!!

The Weight I Have Lost Has Still Stayed Off!!

As promised when I stopped taking Proactol I would keep you informed as to whether I put any weight back on.
As many of us embark on a diet, lose a load of weight and then put it all back on again and a few pound extra. I wanted to see if the same happened to me.
Well I am extremely pleased to tell you that since losing weight with Proactol, then stopping taking Proactol my weight has not gone up. I have even lost a few more pounds since!
In my opinion as my weight loss was steady up to 3-4 pounds a week and not half a stone in the blink of an eye, as some diets claim as their weight loss. Has meant my body not been shocked about its sudden weight loss. Instead it has been a nice gradual weight loss meaning I have been able to maintain my new weight and not go back to the old weight.
Confidence and appearance are growing each day. I have to say I am really glad I took Proactol.
I’ll be back again soon as we have the festive holidays coming up and that is always a notoriously tough time to keep your weight steady.

How Much Weight Have I Lost Over The Past Week?

Took at long hard look at myself over the weekend. It has been two weeks of taking Proactol now. I lost a pound last week so 3 pounds in total. Which I should be pleased about. Except I know I can do more to help myself lose weight and not just solely rely on the proactol to help me to lose weight or maintain it. Have I been eating healthy? Sort of but not as consistently as I know I should be. I have been kidding myself a bit and thinking that I am doing enough.
It is dawning on me albeit very slowly that Proactol will help me lose weight and has, but I need to make some proper changes too. I want to be losing at least 3 pounds a week and the way I am eating and also drinking is not going to achieve this. It will mean I lose a few pounds and also not put any weight on but that is not my goal. Losing a stone in weight is. Right at the beginning I thought I was preparing well, in parts yes but the whole picture definitely needs work on it.
So today is a new day and a new week. I have joined a gym which I am going to go to after I have done the school run. I have also done a meal plan of what I am going to eat this week. Along with when I am going to allow myself a drink, as in reality I am never going to be T Total so if I totally cut it out now when I stop taking Proactol my weight could well increase so a realistic diet and drink plan is what I need.
I tend to weigh myself once a week. This week I am going to see how I get on and weight myself on Friday, just before the weekend. 3 – 4 pounds this week is my target. With the help of Proactol and me pulling my finger out and doing a bit of exercise and consistently eating more sensibly I am really positive that I will succeed with my weight loss target this week!

Dietreviewzones August Monthly Update
Back again! Another month gone and we are now into September. My main focus at Dietreviewzone this month has been My Proactol Diary.
