Ashamed Of How You Look Again This Christmas?

With Christmas fast approaching, our minds turn to the good old Christmas party and New Year Celebrations! With that comes our wardrobe and what we can wear to look our best. Now some of us will have been good this year and are in good shape and ready to hit our wardrobe or the shops and are looking forward to it as we know we will look our best.

Of course for one reason or another not all of us are in the best shape of our lives and are thinking how to cover up those lumps and bumps. With careful co-ordination those lumps can be covered but it still leaves us feeling pretty rubbish about ourselves.

Why on earth didn’t we pull our fingers out all those months ago and do something about losing weight?

Right what can we do now? No point pondering on what could have been. What is needed is something that will at the very least stop me from putting on weight and in the best case scenario help me lose a bit of weight.

The answer is really quite simple. PROACTOL.

Natalie Cassidy On The Beach

Maintaining her amazing transformation under the eyes of the press cannot be easy. As the headlines showed in recent papers of Natalie on holiday. Headlines of Natalie breathing in seeming to be very harsh. Papers may have said that she is putting back on weight. Clearly any weight that may have been put on is well gone as Natalie appeared on the beach in that infamous tiny black bikini, which showed no extra weight at all.

It would be hard to disagree that Natalie Cassidy has undergone an amazing transformation from the girl formerly known as “frumpy and fat Sonia” to, she says, “feeling happier, prettier and more womanly than ever.”

Showing off her toned physique in a succession of skimpy bikinis as she enjoyed a sunshine break in Portugal only goes to prove this. Keeping up an intense diet and fitness regime, working out three times a week with her personal trainer Dee Thresher helps her to keep the weight off.

Here is our review of Natalie Cassidys Then and Now Exercise DVD.

We have all used the excuse that we do not have time to exercise. Yet it is really simple to fit in just half an hour of exercising into your day. If you are drive to work or maybe to school to drop the kids off or even take the car to the shops. Then park your car further away so you have to walk part of the way. If you can park 15 minutes away then there and back that’s 30 mins exercise. Just think of all those calories you are burning off.
