What Can I Do About These Stretch Marks?????

What is a girl to do?? I would say I am looking in pretty good shape, lost way over a stone in weight and have toned up nicely. Over the summer have gained a very nice colour if I do say so myself. So what is the problem I here you asking? Well, it has to be those vile stretch marks over my hip area that seemed to have got more prominent as my skin has got darker. Especially when any light shines over them they seem to gleam with delight.
Now in reality if I had done my research when I was pregnant I would not be faced with these stretch marks now. All I used was cocoa butter and at the time I really thought it was the answer. Yes it did reduce the amount of stretch marks I got but it would have been so much better if I hadn’t of got any at all.
A few years on and Dietreviewzone later I have come across a hugely successful stretch mark cream. For it to work at its best it is better to use it before stretch marks appear, i.e from the start of pregnancy. However, if like me you already have existing stretch marks then this cream will help reduce the appearance of stretch marks significantly.
Sounds good doesn’t it??? Wondering what I am talking about? Then I will keep you in suspense no more. Click here to read about how you are able to Prevent and Treat Existing Stretch Marks with Revitol Stretch Mark Cream.

As we have said before prevention of stretch marks is by far the better option, rather than waiting for them to appear and then deciding to do something about them.
Don’t worry though if you do have stretch marks whether it is from a pregnancy, weight gain, weight loss or even from bodybuilding you are able to do something about it, in order to reduce the appearance of them.
If you are looking to reduce the appearance of stretch marks or are going to prevent them from appearing in the first place, then a good stretch mark cream is what you will be needing. Two of the best stretch mark removal creams are Revitol Stretch Mark Cream and Zenmed Stretta Stretch Mark Cream.

You have just got married and are heading off on your honeymoon. How would you want your skin to look like? The before image or after image? I am guessing most of you will say the after image. Why? Simple the after image is showing the skin stretch mark free.
If you are one of the lucky ones whose stretch marks really don’t bother you, then hats off to you. Personally I don’t like them and although I realise that totally getting rid of exisiting stretch marks, maybe unrealisitic I do know from research I have done that I can reduce the appearance of them dramatically.
Right back on the honeymoon lets get your skin looking at its best. More importantly you feeling comfortable in what you are wearing or not wearing as the case maybe!! Prevention is the key with stretch marks, if you are able to use a cream to avoid stretch marks appearing in the first place then you have a head start. For most of us though we have left it a bit late and rather than preventing them in the first place have left it until they appear to do something about it.
There are many stretch mark remedies available today, two of the top creams that we have found to be the best at preventing stretch marks and reducing the appearance of existing stretch marks are Zenmed Stretta Stretch Mark Cream and Revitol Stretch Mark Cream.
Remember don’t leave it until the last minute, tackle your stretch marks now and feel and look your best on your honeymoon.

A Look At The Main Causes Of Stretch Marks

The most common reason that most of us have heard of is pregnancy stretch marks. With 75-90% of women developing stretch marks during pregnancy, it is no wonder that stretch marks are linked with pregnancy. With you baby growing your stomach is gradually being stretched further and further
which causes the stretch marks. The stretch marks are not just found on your stomach you can also get them on your breasts and thighs.
Here a few of the most common causes of stretch marks.
Weight loss and weight gain are also when stretch marks can form. If you are on a diet try and lose steadily and over a period of time so your skin is not under strain and are less likely to have stretch marks appear. If you are putting on a lot of weight under a short period of time you are again putting your skin under strain and increasing the risk of stretch marks.
You may not have realised it as your hormones were all over the place and the last thing you were looking for were stretch marks but during adolescent growth spurts boys and girls are prone to stretch marks. Boys mainly on the shoulders and girls on the hips, thighs and breasts.
Finally athletes whose muscles are growing bigger and stronger over a short period of time can sometimes be prone to stretch marks. You tend to find that stretch marks are particularly common in bodybuilders.
However it is good news for some of us as not everyone gets stretch marks. Some doctors think that the reason we get stretch marks is that some people produce more of the hormone, corticosteriod than normal and this causes a decrease in the amount of collagen in the skin. Collagen is a type of protein that enables the skin to keep its elasticity.
What ever the cause of stretch marks. Some of us really don’t like them and would like to reduce the appearance of them. For those of us looking to prevent them in the first place. What are our options? Cover up, laser surgery or a stretch marks cream. There are many creams and other products on the market today, but what works? Receiving great feedback are Revitol Stretch mark cream and Zenmed Stretta Stretch mark cream.

Aloe Vera Extract Helping To Heal Your Skin And Reduce Stretch Marks

Are you looking to use a stretch mark cream? Whether it is to prevent stretch marks appearing or you are trying to reduce the appearance of existing ones. Make sure you take a look at the ingredients. One of the most popular stretch mark creams is Revitol Stretch Mark Cream. This is because it combines key ingredients that work to prevent and reduce stretch marks. One of the key ingredients that make this product so popular is Aloe Vera extract. This is because the extract from the aloe leaf helps to protect your skin from environmental factors whilst promoting skin regeneration.
Aloe vera has been used for thousands of years by the Egyptians, Romans, Greeks, Arabs, Indians and Chinese to decrease the appearance of scars and to moisturize and heal skin. Aloe vera has also been shown in clinical studies to have a positive effect on wound healing and holds anti-inflammatory properties. Aloe vera helps heal stretch marks as they originally start out as microscopic tears in skin layers due to overstretching of the dermis. The Aloe vera extract prevents these small wounds from allowing scar tissue to form, preventing the appearance of stretch marks.

Vitamin E, Stretch Marks and Revitol Stretch Mark Cream

One of the ingredients found in Revitol Stretch Mark Prevention cream is vitamin E. A powerful antioxidant and essential ingredient for skin regeneration. It can be derived from a variety of plants and nuts such as almonds, kiwi fruits, and mangos.
Vitamin E has been shown in clinical studies to provide a great variety of skin benefits, one of them being that vitamin e can cause a reduction in scarring and therefore can help reduce the appearance of stretch marks. The effect of vitamin E on stretch marks is it penetrates deep into the skin to stimulate the growth of new cells, replacing the scar tissue found under stretch marks. Stretch marks then become thinner, shorter and fade over treatments.
Vitamin E stimulates the production of new skin cells and therfore not only help fade existing stretch marks but more importantly is a powerful preventative treatment for stretch marks. Increasing the skins elasticity and firmness and helping in the regeneration process. The application of Revitol Stretch Mark Cream will make the skin less likely to tear, significantly decreasing the chance of stretch marks.
