We all want to look our best on our Wedding Day, and that is exactly what will happen you will look and feel your best. Have you given much thought to how you will look and feel on your honeymoon?
Here are a few tips that will help you have the body you want for your honeymoon.
1. When you are eating your meals eat slower and eat smaller portions than you normally would.
2. Don’t cut out foods you like, find an alternative. If you cut out food you like you are likely to suffer more from cravings. For example if you are a big mayonnaise fan substitute it for salsa, much lower in fat and just as tasty.
3. Try and exercise more than you normally would. Not only will it get you in good shape for your honeymoon. The extra exercise will help to relieve any stress.
4. Keep a food diary. This is a great way to see what food helps you to lose weight and which food means you put on weight.
5. Join an online dieting and training program. There are many programs that will help and advise you get into the shape you want.
